Zarah is a writer and counsellor currently based in Melbourne, Australia. She is the author of Autobiography of a Marguerite (Hue & Cry, 2014; Giramondo, 2026), Nostalgia Has Ruined My Life (Giramondo, 2021) and Leaves Fall Off To Create Drama (Giramondo, 2026). With David Jalal Motamed, she co-runs the reading series Bad Flâneur.
